Cashback is part of myne’s loyalty features. Customers earn a percentage of their eligible spend back as store credit, which they can spend with your business later. For example, a customer who spends $100 at a 5% cashback rate earns $5 towards their next purchase.

On Triniteq, that credit is available at the till. Staff find the member in myne through the POS membership flow, check their available balance, and redeem it with Account Debit.

Before you start

  • Connect Triniteq to myne and finish till membership settings. See Connect Triniteq POS to myne.

  • Read Reward customers with Cashback to set your earning rate, welcome incentive, and historical rewards.

  • Turn on Cashback under Settings → Features → Cashback (or follow the Cashback guide if you have not set it up yet).

Find or add a member on the till

At checkout, open the membership / account lookup on Triniteq and find the customer in myne.

  • Search for customer by name, phone number or email if they are already in myne.

  • Each customer can download a digital loyalty wallet pass which shows their details

If the customer is not found, create a new member account from the till with their name and contact details. That account is stored in myne so future visits can look them up the same way.

Once the member is attached to the sale, the till can show their loyalty account, including available Cashback.

Check Cashback balance

On the member’s account in Triniteq, check the available balance. That figure is the Cashback they can spend with your business right now.

You can also confirm the same balance in myne:

  • Go to Customers, open the customer’s profile, and select the Loyalty tab.

  • Or review credits and redemptions on the Cashback History page.

Redeem Cashback with Account Debit

  1. Make sure the member is attached to the sale.

  2. Use Account Debit for the amount of Cashback to apply (up to their available balance).

  3. Complete the rest of the payment as usual, then close the sale.

myne reduces the customer’s Cashback by the debit amount. Eligible spend on the sale can still earn Cashback at your configured rate.

Triniteq applies Account Debit as part of its own tender flow. Staff usually will not see a separate myne confirmation step after the debit — if the till accepts the amount, the balance has been reserved against their Cashback.

If the debit is more than the available balance, the till shows an insufficient balance message with how much is available. Enter a lower amount and try again.

What customers see

Customers can check their Cashback on their Apple or Google Wallet pass. After a successful Account Debit, the balance on the pass and in myne updates to match what was spent.
