Connect Triniteq POS to myne
Sync Triniteq products and sales into myne, then point the till at myne for membership.
Published
Connect Triniteq POS to myne so products, sales, and customers from your register sit on the same profiles you use for groups, campaigns, and loyalty.
After you connect, you also copy till membership settings from myne into PowerEPOS. That lets the till look up members in myne and redeem Cashback at the register.
Before you start
Ask Triniteq support for the username, password, and organisation code myne needs to pull products and sales.
You need access to PowerEPOS (or your Triniteq integrator) to paste the till membership settings after connect.
Connect Triniteq
Go to Settings → Integrations → Triniteq.
Enter the Username, Password, and Organisation code from Triniteq.
Select Connect.
myne finds your product and sales export jobs automatically. When the connection succeeds, status shows as connected and you see your organisation details.
If export jobs are still missing, select Update connection, save again, or contact myne support.
Initial sync
Once export jobs are linked, select Run initial sync. myne syncs products first, then imports sales for the date range you choose (one day at a time). The default range is about a week.
After the first sync finishes, catalog and sales keep updating on their own. Progress appears on the History tab.
You can also select Sync products only when you need a fresh catalogue without importing more sales history.
What data is synced
Once connected, myne syncs:
Products and related catalogue data
Sales and transactions
Locations used by the till
New Triniteq activity then keeps updating. Only one sync can run at a time.
Till membership settings
Membership lookup and Cashback at the till need PowerEPOS pointed at myne. On the Triniteq page, open Till membership settings and copy these values into PowerEPOS:
Service Address / URI
Client ID
Client secret
Organisation ID
Organisation API key
Location ID for each venue (these appear after products sync)
The till requests its own tokens from the service URI. Do not paste a token into the POS.
Copy the organisation API key when myne shows it. It is only displayed once. If you need a new copy later, use Rotate organisation API key and update PowerEPOS with the new key.
Update or disconnect
To change credentials, select Update connection, enter the new values, and select Save connection. Leave a field blank to keep the current value.
To remove the connection, select Disconnect and confirm. You can connect again later from the same page.
