Start from Welcome and Loyalty emails

You can now start from Welcome and Loyalty email templates, so a first join or points message does not begin from a blank canvas.
Use them when you want a branded send without rebuilding layout each time. Edit copy and style in Design Templates, then use the template from Conversations.
Open Conversations → Settings → Design Templates, pick Welcome or Loyalty, then save. Use that template the next time you send.
