Link a card from a POS sale

You can now link a card from a POS sale. After the customer pays, they can share their details, and that payment can attach to their profile.
On Lightspeed, put the QR where they will see it after paying: on a bump screen or a printed docket. On Tyro, they can join from the terminal after they pay. Later sales paid with the same card can attach to that profile as well.
