Inbox, Outbox & Sent

The Inbox, Outbox, and Sent views help you manage every stage of customer communication in myne. From replying to customers and preparing campaigns to reviewing messages that have already been delivered, each view has a specific purpose.

Together, they provide a complete history of your incoming and outgoing customer communications.

Inbox

The Inbox is where incoming customer conversations are received.

Depending on the communication channels you've connected, this may include replies from customers across supported messaging platforms.

Use the Inbox to:

  • Read incoming customer messages.

  • Continue existing conversations.

  • Respond to customer enquiries.

  • View your conversation history.

The Inbox is designed for managing two-way communication with your customers.

Outbox

The Outbox contains messages waiting to be sent.

This includes draft Campaigns, scheduled Campaigns, and messages generated by Automations that are awaiting delivery.

From the Outbox, you can review, edit, schedule, or send messages before they reach your customers.

Sent

The Sent view contains a history of every message that has already been delivered.

Here you can review previous communications, monitor delivery, and view engagement information where available.

Filtering your messages

Both the Outbox and Sent views include the same filters, making it easy to find messages based on how they were created or sent.

  • All – Displays every message in the current view.

  • Campaigns – Messages created as part of a Campaign.

  • Automations – Messages generated by your Automation Flows.

  • Brand – Messages sent using your business's shared communication channels.

  • My sends – Messages sent from your connected personal Gmail account. This filter only appears after a personal Gmail account has been connected.

How they work together

Messages move through these views as they're created, sent, and replied to.

  1. Create a Campaign or message.

  2. Save it as a draft or schedule it in the Outbox.

  3. Once delivered, it moves to Sent.

  4. If a customer replies, the conversation appears in your Inbox.

This workflow makes it easy to track every stage of customer communication from one central place.
