Connect your AI to myne

Use Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok with your brand

myne MCP lets an AI assistant you already use — such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok — work with your brand in myne. You sign in as yourself. The assistant only sees what your myne permissions already allow for that brand.

This is separate from AI Chat inside myne. Use AI Chat when you want help in the app. Use myne MCP when you want your external assistant to look up brand data or prepare drafts for you to finish in myne.

myne MCP is available on Pro when it is enabled for your brand. If you do not see it yet, contact support@myne.network.

Before you start

  • You need a myne login with access to the brand you want to connect.

  • You need an AI client that supports remote MCP over HTTPS (for example Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok).

  • Have your brand ready to select when myne asks which one to connect.

How connection works

Your AI client opens myne’s connection page. You sign in, choose a brand, review the permissions, and select Allow. myne then issues access for that assistant to use myne MCP as you.

Permissions usually include:

  • Read — look up customers, campaigns, automations, journeys, conversations, and Signals dashboards (within your role).

  • Draft — create or update inactive drafts (campaigns, automations, journeys, promotions, and inbox replies). Draft access does not send messages or turn automations on.

  • Send — optional. Allows live inbox send after a draft exists. Review drafts in myne before allowing this.

Anything the assistant creates under draft access stays inactive until you review and finish it in myne.

Connect from your AI client

In your AI client, add myne as a remote MCP server and use this URL:

https://mcp.myne.network/mcp

Then complete the myne sign-in and Allow screen when it appears.

Cursor

Add the myne MCP server in Cursor (plugin or MCP settings) using the URL above. On first use, Cursor opens myne so you can sign in, pick your brand, and allow access.

Claude

Add myne as a custom connector or remote MCP server with the same URL. Sign in with myne and allow access when prompted.

ChatGPT

Add myne as a custom MCP / connector using the URL above, then complete myne sign-in and allow access.

Grok

Add the myne MCP URL as a custom connector (for example by asking Grok to connect that server), then complete myne sign-in and allow access.

After you connect

Ask your assistant something practical for the brand, such as listing recent customers or summarising draft campaigns. If draft access was allowed, it can prepare inactive records and give you a link to open them in myne.

You can review or revoke connections later under Settings → Integrations → Connected AI apps. See Manage Connected AI apps.

For what the assistant can read and draft, see What you can do with myne MCP.
