Connect Square Loyalty to myne
Use your existing Square Loyalty program to reward customers across Square and other connected sales channels.

Connect Square POS' loyalty product to myne to allow loyalty across your entire brand and across ordering apps. Use myne's advanced loyalty features to boost Square Loyalty.
If you already run Square Loyalty, you can use that same program in myne. Customers continue to earn points and redeem rewards at the Square register, while myne shows their balance alongside the rest of their customer activity. myne can also add points for eligible orders from other connected sources, giving customers one points balance across those channels.
Your loyalty program stays in Square. Manage the points name, earning rules, and rewards in your Square Loyalty dashboard. myne lists Square rewards as promotions so your team can see them, but creating a promotion in myne does not create a reward in Square.
Turn on Square Loyalty
Connect Square to myne and set up your loyalty program in Square before turning on the integration. See Connect Square POS to myne if you have not connected Square yet.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Square.
If you see Reconnect required for loyalty permissions, select Reconnect Square and approve access.
Turn on Enable Square Loyalty.
Once myne finds your program, the page shows Program detected and the points name you use in Square, such as Stars. If you see Loyalty program blocked, set up the program in Square, then turn Square Loyalty on again.
Choose when customers start earning
By default, myne adds points once a customer has a registered myne profile, such as one created by completing a connection form.
Turn on Auto-start accruing for Square-sourced customers if customers who already exist in Square should start earning without completing a myne form. Leave it off if you want them to register with myne or join Square Loyalty first.
Customers who join Square Loyalty can earn points even when auto-start is off. This includes customers who enrol at the Square register and those who complete a myne connection form with a phone number. See How customers join and earn Square Loyalty points for the full customer flow.
Manage points and rewards in Square
Turning on Square Loyalty also turns on Brand Points in myne and locks its points configuration. Under Settings → Integrations → Brand Points, you will see Square loyalty enabled. Set the points name and earning rules in your Square Loyalty dashboard; connected ordering apps such as me&u use those settings too.
If you turn off Enable Square Loyalty, you can edit Brand Points in myne again. Brand Points stays on, and Square sales continue to sync whether Square Loyalty is enabled or not.
