Send a campaign to a group

You can now send a campaign to a Customer Group, so the message goes to the list you already built—not everyone on file.

Choose the group, pick SMS or email, then preview the recipient count before you send. Drafts stay in Outbox until you are ready.

Open Conversations → Campaigns, select New Campaign, and choose the group. See How to Create a Campaign and Customer Groups.
