See unidentified spend

You can now see unidentified spend: visits and POS activity where myne does not yet have a name or contact details for the person.

Those records are visitors. You can review what they bought and when they visited. You cannot message them until they become a customer, usually when they join or attach a card. The activity can then sit on their profile.

Open Customers and look for visitors alongside customers. See Understanding known vs unknown customers.
