You can now open a customer profile and see visits, spend, messages, and linked cards in one place.
Use it when someone is at the counter, or when you need the story behind a message. You can update contact details and marketing preferences on the same screen.
From Customers, select a person. If you are looking at activity without a full identity yet, see Understanding known vs unknown customers.
