Import a group from CSV

You can now import a Customer Group from a CSV, so a list you already hold becomes a group you can message and offer to.

Upload the file against the group, map the columns, then check a few members before you send. This is a snapshot list unless you later add living criteria.

Open a Customer Group under Customers and import the CSV there. For creating or updating profiles from a file, see Bulk import customers and Managing Customer Groups.
