Build a living customer group

You can now build a dynamic Customer Group from rules—who they are, what they did, where they shop—so the list stays current without a weekly export.
Membership updates as customers match or leave the criteria. Use the group for campaigns, offers, and automations.
Under Customers, choose Create dynamic group, then add criteria. See Customer Groups and Customer Group Criteria Explained.
