Main myneAI Chat

Click the myneAI button in the navigation to open the full chat experience.

Here you can ask questions about your business, explore customer data, create Customer Groups, build Automations, and much more.

Contextual myneAI Chat

Many pages include an AI button in the top-right corner.

This opens a contextual chat that understands the page you're currently viewing. For example, if you're looking at a customer's profile, myneAI Chat already knows which customer you're referring to, allowing you to ask questions without providing additional context.

Setup Assistant

If you're new to myne, the Setup Assistant helps guide you through your initial setup and answers questions as you configure your account.
