A guide to each dashboard and how to use them together

Published

Each dashboard in Signals focuses on a different part of your business. Together, they help you understand customer behaviour, business performance, and growth over time.

Start with Key Metrics for an overview, then explore the other dashboards to investigate trends, answer specific questions, and uncover opportunities.

Key Metrics

Question it answers: How is my business performing right now?

Key Metrics provides a high-level snapshot of your business, including customer growth, connected customers, activity, engagement, and retention. It's the best place to start each time you open Signals.

If you notice an unexpected change, use the other dashboards to understand what's driving it.

Signals Feed

Question it answers: What needs my attention today?

Signals Feed highlights important changes across your business, including positive trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.

Rather than searching through reports, you can quickly see what's changed and use the Explore button to investigate further.

Summary

Question it answers: Who are my customers, and where does my revenue come from?

Summary provides an overview of your customer base, showing how different customer segments contribute to transactions and revenue.

Use it to understand the balance between new and returning customers, recognised and unrecognised customers, and which groups drive the most value.

By Stages

Question it answers: How are customers moving through their journey?

By Stages follows customers through different stages of their lifecycle, helping you compare newly acquired customers with returning customers and understand how each contributes to transactions and revenue.

It's useful for measuring the effectiveness of your acquisition and retention efforts.

Growth

Question it answers: Are we growing our customer base?

Growth tracks how your customer base changes over time, including both new customers and customer connections.

Use this dashboard to monitor acquisition trends and understand how effectively your business is recognising customers.

Paid Ads

Question it answers: Are my advertising campaigns delivering results?

If you've connected Google Ads, the Paid Ads dashboard shows how your advertising spend contributes to customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

It helps you measure the return on your advertising investment alongside the rest of your business data.

Activities

Question it answers: How are customers interacting with my business?

Activities tracks customer activity across myne, helping you understand which actions customers are taking and how engagement changes over time.

It's a useful way to identify busy periods, changing behaviour, and the channels your customers use most.

Retention

Question it answers: Are customers coming back?

Retention focuses on repeat visits and customer loyalty, helping you understand how often customers return and how long it typically takes between visits.

Use this dashboard to identify opportunities to improve customer retention and long-term engagement.

Segments

Question it answers: How are different customer groups performing?

Segments breaks your customers into meaningful groups, such as new, frequent, infrequent, and re-engaged customers.

Tracking these segments over time helps you understand how your customer base is changing and which audiences may benefit from targeted campaigns or automations.

Promotions
