View Square Loyalty rewards in myne
See your Square rewards in Promotions and track when customers redeem them at the register.

When you turn on Square Loyalty, myne brings your current Square rewards into Promotions. This gives your team a place to see each offer and track its use alongside your other customer activity. Customers still redeem Square rewards at the Square register.
Manage the reward name and points cost in your Square Loyalty dashboard. Changes made there update the matching promotion in myne. Creating a promotion in myne does not create a reward in Square.
Open a synced promotion and you will see Synced from Square Loyalty and a Reference label. Select Open Square Dashboard to manage the reward in Square, or Refresh from Square to pull in recent changes.
If a reward is missing
Go to Settings → Integrations → Square. Under Update customer activity, select Start sync to pull the latest rewards. This option appears only while Square Loyalty is on.
There are other sync actions on the page: Start sync under Initial sync imports sales, while Update activity recalculates customer activity. Neither imports Square rewards. If there are no rewards in Square, myne will tell you there is nothing to sync.
Track redemptions
Staff apply rewards at the Square register. Once a customer uses a reward, their activity shows Redeem Promo with the reward name. The promotion’s redemption count increases, and the customer appears under redeemed customers.
Issuing a reward to a customer does not count as a redemption until they use it at the register, although an activity entry may already appear. If the same register redemption is received again, myne does not count it twice.
Square Loyalty promotions in myne are a reference to the Square reward. Customers redeem them at the Square register; they are not available as offers on me&u or Lightspeed.
