Getting started with myne
Published
Welcome to myne! In just a few minutes you'll become familiar with the platform, learn where everything lives, and understand how the different parts of myne work together to help you recognise, understand, and engage your customers.
Your first login
Once you've received your invitation, log in at app.myne.network using your email address. You'll arrive at the dashboard—your central workspace for customer insights, engagement, and business activity.
From here you can quickly access every part of the platform, including your customers, groups, connection flows, automations, campaigns, analytics, and settings. As you begin using myne, you'll naturally spend most of your time navigating between these sections.
Understanding the platform
myne is designed to help you grow your customer base, build stronger relationships, and keep customers coming back.
It starts by helping you turn anonymous visitors into known customers through Connection Flows, QR codes, promotions, social media, and other connected experiences. Once a customer is recognised, myne builds a rich customer profile by combining their purchases, visits, engagement, loyalty activity, and other behavioural data into a single view.
From there, you can organise customers into Customer Groups, automate personalised journeys, reward loyalty, communicate across multiple channels, and uncover AI-powered insights that help you make better business decisions.
Explore the platform
As you become familiar with myne, you'll discover a number of core areas:
Connection Flows & Promotions — Capture new customers in-store, online, or through social media while rewarding them with personalised offers and promotions.
Contacts — View every customer profile, including their activity, purchases, visits, and engagement history.
Customer Groups — Organise customers into dynamic audiences based on behaviour, purchases, loyalty, or any other criteria.
Automations — Automatically send messages, rewards, or actions when customers meet specific conditions.
Campaigns & Messaging — Engage customers across email, SMS, and other supported channels.
Analytics & AI — Discover trends, answer questions about your customers, and uncover opportunities to grow your business.
Each area builds on the next, giving you everything you need to recognise customers, understand their behaviour, and create more personalised experiences.
Where to start
When you first log in, you'll be guided through the onboarding process. This helps myne understand your business, the systems you use, and how they connect together.
Start by connecting your existing tools, such as your POS, payment provider, ordering platform, and marketing applications. As these integrations are connected, myne begins importing and unifying your customer, sales, and engagement data into a single platform.
From there, create your first Customer Group to see how myne segments your audience, build a simple Automation or Campaign to start engaging your customers, then explore Signals to uncover AI-powered insights about your customers and business. If you're ever unsure where to start or how a feature works, myneAi is there to help.
Your AI assistant
Throughout myne you'll have access to myne Ai —your built-in AI assistant that's connected to both the myne platform and your business data.
Whether you're exploring your customers, creating Customer Groups, building Automations, or simply learning how a feature works, you can ask the AI Analyst questions in plain English. It can also explain features, answer questions about your customers, uncover insights, and even help you build workflows directly from a conversation.
As you work through this Help Centre, remember that the AI Analyst is always available to help if you get stuck or want to learn more.
