Connect Aircall

Put calls and SMS on contact timelines

Connecting Aircall puts calls and SMS on contact timelines in myne. On desktop, mapped staff can also click-to-dial from myne. You will need an Aircall subscription to proceed.

Connect Aircall

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Aircall.

  2. Under Connect with API credentials, enter the company API ID and API Token from Aircall (Company settings → API keys).

  3. Select Connect Aircall.

When the connection succeeds, the page shows as connected. If keys were rotated later, enter the new values and select Update credentials.

Map staff

Under User mapping, map myne teammates to Aircall user so calls and SMS link to the right person. Matching emails are filled in automatically. Select Save mapping.

What data is synced

After you connect and map staff, myne syncs:

  • Call logs, recordings, and voicemails

  • SMS messages

Activity appears on contact timelines. New calls and SMS keep updating automatically.

Select Sync last 30 days of calls to pull recent call history onto timelines. SMS syncs going forward only.

Disconnect

Select Disconnect and confirm. You can connect again later from the same page.
